Charles "Chuck" Walker

Mr. Chuck Walker is a Principal Consultant with over 25 years of experience in the energy industry working in utility and OEM engineering, utility analyst, energy asset fund manager, origination, project developer, and M&A, followed by consulting engagements in the utility industry.

Mr. Walker is a seasoned business leader who has successfully initiated and implemented complex business strategies focused in the US power generation market. He has demonstrated leadership skills in the electric utility business in power plant development, budgeting, restructuring and project management, with extensive experience in planning, managing and scheduling projects.

Mr. Walker has proven leadership as illustrated in a recent chain of successes in restructuring natural gas projects and wind projects in a changing power industry. He has managed complex projects, acquired assets, divested assets, restructured commercial contracts, refinanced projects, originated acquisitions, originated equity sources and developed assets as the market changed.

Mr. Walker’s background as a technician and as a trained engineer, in addition to an MBA, gives him a broad range of understanding of the power generation business from operations, design, project management to financing and structuring. He has experience in executive roles and has developed and implemented strategies to build businesses both internally and through acquisition.

Thomas "Tom" Campone

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Campone is a principal of Energy Operations Group, LLC.  Mr. Campone joined EOG  in early 2010  to provide asset management and operations and maintenance to the initial acquisition made by EOG principals and other investors.  Prior to joining EOG, Tom lead STT Group, an independent consulting practice, to provide the development, organizational, management skills and consulting engineering necessary to maximize the profitability of energy related facilities in the global marketplace. STT Group specifically focused on Waste to Energy facility development, as well as more traditional fuels and generation technologies

Mr. Campone has extensive experience leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) companies. Mr. Campone, as President and Chief Operating Officer of Indeck Energy Services, Inc, was responsible for all aspects of Indeck Energy’s strategic direction and operations and served on the board of directors. Mr. Campone has more than 40 years of development, engineering and operational experience in the electric power and related industries. He has developed, financed and constructed projects utilizing various technologies and fuels, with a total value in excess of five billion
